Healthy eating and fast food combined for fish counters

A cooking bag allowing fish counters to easily offer a healthier alternative alongside their existing range is available from Sirane.

All of the natural flavours of the contents – be it meat, fish or vegetables - are sealed in the bag during cooking, creating a sensational and healthy meal.

The Si-bag™ has been developed by Sirane’s engineers and scientists. It is a bag made from very high temperature resistant film, which combines practicality with simplicity. The meal is sealed in using a fold-over flap and the bag becomes odour and leak-proof.

Sira-Cook Supreme

TRUE versatility in one great cooking bag is offered with a new product from Sirane – an innovative food packaging manufacturing company based in the UK.

The bag is simple to use, simple to open, cooks food to perfection – and can be used in almost any cooking environment, from ovens to barbecues, griddles to hot plates.

It also comes with a great opening mechanism – when the bag is hot the top surface can be peeled away, leaving the food on a foil base. It can then be stirred, turned if required, allowed to cook for longer and browned, or served directly.

It is perfect for meat, fish, poultry and vegetables – anything that can be cooked in an oven or on a barbecue can be cooked in this bag – and it means people will no longer have to cook separately for meat-eaters and vegetarians, as the bags can sit side by side.
