SIRANE’S Thinking-Cooking retail range went on show at the Baltic Food and Beverage Exhibition which took place in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius in mid-November.
Sirane’s distributor for the Baltics, Europola, recently added the Thinking-Cooking concept to offer the ‘best of both worlds’ to consumers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – and just a few months after launching the brand, they took it to the region’s largest food show.
The Thinking-Cooking Lietuva (Lithuania) stand aimed to capitalise on a strong start for the brand - customers of grocery chain Maxima have been buying for many months.
Mark Lingard, Sirane Marketing Manager, said: “Europola have done really well so far in the Baltic States with the Thinking-Cooking plans, and they have high hopes for the future. The Thinking-Cooking Lietuva stand was excellent, and represented the brand very well.
“They are giving the Thinking-Cooking brand plenty of promotion in the region, including advertising on the ice-hockey channel online, promotional videos and blogging. Sales have been going well, and the show has opened up many new potential opportunities.”

The BBQ/Oven bag is available in packs of three, each bag 220x300mm. Additional sizes are available on request for anyone interested in stocking larger sized bags. The bags are non-stick, making them ideal for fish which would otherwise stick to the bag.
The Steam-Cooking Bag is an oven or microwave cooking bag, which seals in all the juices and flavours and allows healthy eating and fast food to be combined. They can be used for seafood, poultry and vegetables… whether it is steamed fish or asparagus with a flavoured butter, chicken with a glaze or buttered new potatoes, they come out full of flavour.
