OUR SOUS-VIDE bag offering has two types of bag: one is a standard sous-vide bag, the other is an award-winning nylon sous-vide bag in which the meat can then be subsequently roasted in the same packaging, making it ideal for retail and food service/catering applications. The ovenable version means the product can be cooked off site in a sous-vide bath, shipped on site, and then finished off in a standard oven.
