Earthboard Cake Collars are coated boards, and are commonly used in commercial cake production – as well as by home bakers – on more delicate cakes which need support staying in place or protection in the packaging. An aqueous coating gives the board the necessary grease/moisture resistance.
Common colours include white. Other colours are available on request. Custom sizes are available, and tapered collars for cakes with sides that are not vertical are available.
