Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ absorbent pads combine the latest shelf- life extending technology with the absorbency and protection provided by the Sirane Dri-Fresh® Resolve® fruit-cushioning pad. The shelf- life extending technology prevents fungal growth and creates the optimum package environment to prolong the life and maintain the quality, taste and texture of the food.
Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ absorbent pads utilise two complementary technologies to provide the best results in every case. Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ AF absorbent pads contain active natural materials which inhibit mould and fungal growth on the fruit. Dri-Fresh® Fresh-Hold™ EA absorbent pads contain an active natural insert which absorbs ethylene released by the fruit during the ripening and ageing process. Ethylene is the most potent agent of fruit and vegetable ageing and its effective absorption has a proven and significant benefit for shelf-life.
