Sira-Cook TX Self-Seal Ovenable Bags are made from polyester and are widely used in domestic and commercial cooking. The meat browns inside the bag, cooks up to 10% faster, and all the juices and flavours are retained within the bag. There is no mess – ovens and trays stay clean.
No ties are needed – Sira-Cook TX Self-Seal Ovenable Bags are self-seal and very easy to use, making it convenient for the user. The bags are also self-venting.
Polyester ovenable bags are recyclable.
Available sizes as standard are: 25cm x 38cm; 35cm x 43cm; 45cm x 55cm and 60cm x 55cm.
