Standard Cake Collars are PE-coated collars, and are commonly used in commercial cake production – as well as by home bakers – on more delicate cakes which need support staying in place or protection in the packaging.
Common colours include white. Other colours are available on request. Custom sizes are available, and tapered collars for cakes with sides that are not vertical are available.
